Avanafil, IUPAC name 2-amino-6-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-4-[(5-chloro-2-oxo-1,3-benzothiazol-3(2H)-ylidene)methyl]pyrimidin-5-yl]thio]benzamide, is a pyrimidine-based phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor.
