1. Shipping Destinations
AB Chem India ships within India and to most international destinations. Some products and destinations are restricted by Indian export-control law (SCOMET, NDPS, Drugs & Cosmetics Act), by destination-country regulation, or by carrier policy on hazardous materials. We will confirm shipability for your specific item/destination at the quotation stage.

5. Hazardous Materials (Dangerous Goods)
Many of our products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) under IATA / ICAO / IMDG / ADR rules. Such consignments are packed by certified personnel using UN-specification packaging and shipped only via DG-approved carriers. The Customer agrees that:
- The shipping address is staffed during business hours by personnel competent to receive DG;
- Receiving facilities meet the storage requirements stated on the SDS;
- Any DG surcharge levied by the carrier is payable by the Customer.
6. Tracking
An airway bill / tracking number is emailed to the Customer once the consignment is handed over to the carrier. Tracking links are also visible on your order page when logged in.
7. Delivery, Inspection & Acceptance
- The Customer or an authorised representative must be available at the delivery address to receive the consignment.
- On receipt, please inspect the outer packaging before signing. If the carton is damaged, wet, leaking or shows signs of tampering, either refuse the delivery or accept it under written protest and note the damage on the carrier's proof-of-delivery.
- Photograph the packaging immediately and notify us within 48 hours per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- If two delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the consignment is returned to origin, re-shipment will be at the Customer's cost.
8. Risk & Title
Title to the goods passes to the Customer on full payment. Risk passes to the Customer at the point specified by the agreed Incoterm โ by default, when the goods are handed over to the first carrier at our facility in Hyderabad. The Customer is encouraged to insure international consignments; insurance can be arranged by AB Chem on request at the Customer's cost.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
Stated transit times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. AB Chem is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruption, customs inspection, weather, strikes, public-health emergencies, incorrect or incomplete addresses, missing import licences, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will, however, work with the Customer and carrier to expedite resolution.
10. Address Changes & Reroutes
Once a consignment has been dispatched, address changes and reroutes are subject to carrier acceptance and additional fees, which will be billed to the Customer.
