Brimonidine, IUPAC name 2-(2-bromo-6-chlorobenzylidene)hydrazinecarbothioamide (C10H9BrClN3S, molecular weight 318.5 g/mol), is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist. Its structure features a substituted benzhydryl hydrazinecarbothioamide scaffold with bromine and chlorine substituents.
