Canagliflozin, IUPAC name 1-[(3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]-4-(propan-2-yl)pyridin-2(1H)-one, is a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor with molecular formula C13H19NO6 and molecular weight 285.3 g/mol.
