Erlotinib, IUPAC name N-(3-ethynylphenyl)-6-(5-fluoro-2-pyridinyl)-4-methyl-7-oxo-7H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-5-amine, is a pyrazolopyrimidine derivative with molecular formula C19H12FN5O and molecular weight 345.35 g/mol.
